The Philadelphia Film and Music Festival
The second annual Philly F/M Festival features a unique combination of independent music and films that celebrates the connection between both genres. Watch live performances by over 100 local, national and international artists. See the music being made in 10+ documentaries and short films.
Events take place largely in the Fishtown / Northern Liberties neighborhoods of Philadelphia, which in recent years have become a cultural center for music and arts in the city. This year's festival will feature multiple indoor and outdoor venues.

Philly F/M takes place in various Venues all over Philadelphia, with a focus on the Northern Liberties and Fishtown neighborhoods.

Will Call
All Access Badges will be available for pickup from 12pm — 12am, Wed — Sun, Sept 21—25 @ The Skybox at 2424 Studios. (2424 E. York Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125) Will Call for individual Shows and Films will be available at the door of each event. Please provide 2 forms of state issued photo ID when picking up your All Access Badges and at the door for each event. All sales are final.

Rules and Regulations
Re—Entry Policy
There will be absolutely no re—entry into the larger shows. Regarding smaller show, please check with each venue for rules and regulations regarding re—entry.
Prohibited Items
The following items will not be allowed at any show, indoor or outdoor: tents, musical instruments, knives or other weapons, video cameras, audio recording devices, pets, food, beverages, drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Non—prohibited Items
Digital cameras, disposable cameras, fanny packs, backpacks/satchels (small to medium sized), hates, sun block, lighters, sunglasses.
Alcoholic Beverages
A valid government—issued photo ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. For outdoor events, attendees will need to show their ID to festival security personnel in order to receive a wristband that will allow them to purchase alcohol. Sales of alcohol will end at different times from venue to venue. There are NO REFUNDS for unused beverage tickets.
Weather
The show must go on, rain or shine! All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the festival. However, acts are subjected to change without notice. Please visit this website regularly for the most up—to—date information. All rules and regulations are subject to change.
Children
Children are welcome to any events labeled All Ages and we love to see them!
Bicycles
We highly encourage biking to the festival, and will provide a parking area at as many events as possible. Please check with individual venues regarding bike racks.

Riot Fest East
What? Every Punk rock band you've ever loved, and we aren't kidding. An all day celebration of everything loud and nasty sponsored by Live Nation and Red Bull. Wanna go? Buy a badge HERE.

Girard Fest
What? A free all day event showcasing three stages of over 13 diverse live bands, vendors, tasty food, a beer garden and children's activities! Girard Fest is a celebration of Girard Avenue as a crossroads of many neighborhoods and cultures. Sponsored by GBAA and Philly F/M Fest. For more information go to the Girard Fest website.

Heineken House
What? A four—day event showcasing live music, DJs and a boatload of Heineken! All access badge holders and attendees can stop by for amazing beer specials and awesome entertainment during the duration of the festival. More info HERE.

The Philly F/M Sunday BBQ
What? An all day event showcasing over 15 live bands, indoor and outdoors, vendors, food, drinks and games. All access badge holders get a free beer with entry! More info HERE.

The Invincible Pictures Screening House
What? Lots of films, all about music! Live performances by living legends who jump from the screen to the stage, right in front of your very eyes! Food, drinks and tons of cinematic fun! You've never been to a screening house like this. More info HERE.
